I bet you're wondering why anyone would want to write or talk about walking. Well, it just so happens that I love to walk. I try to walk everywhere! I walk to work and I walk home from work. I walk up the stairs, I walk down the stairs... I walk all the time. It has many benefits. If you sit most of the day, as I do, its a great way to exercise without making extra time for it. You just move to get from point A to point B by moving your legs.(joke) Its great for your heart, your muscles and your general well being. On my next posting I'll give you more examples.
